At PT COMICONE INDONESIA KREATIF, we celebrate creativity and diversity. Our platform is home to a vibrant community of artists, writers, and fans, and we aim to provide a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. To ensure this, we have established the following community policy and uploading guidelines, which are part of our Terms of Use. By using our services, including our self-publishing platform, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

1. Content Guidelines

a. Intellectual Property Rights

You must own the copyrights and intellectual property rights for your uploads. Posting or sharing copyrighted content without permission is prohibited. Infringing content may be removed following our "Process for Reporting Copyright Infringement".

b. Personal Information and Abusive Content

Do not disclose personal information of others. Malicious, abusive, or hateful content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, or other protected characteristics is not allowed.

c. Mature or Sexual Content

Explicit sexual content or nudity is prohibited. Use the "Mature Content Warning" feature for mature themes, but this does not allow for explicit content. Violations may lead to content removal.

d. Violent or Graphic Content

Graphic violence, sexual assault depictions, self-harm promotion, and instructional content on weapons are prohibited.

e. Dangerous or Illegal Content

Do not post content promoting illegal activities, misinformation, or themes of incest and grooming.

f. Advertising

Sponsored content must be pre-approved and identified. Using bots to inflate view counts or creating multiple accounts for this purpose is prohibited.

2. Community Code of Conduct

Respect and mutual consideration are paramount. Prohibited actions include:

• Insults, obscene or harassing statements.
• Hate speech and verbal abuse.
• Sexual comments or advances.
• Intimidation, harassment, or threats.
• Sharing personal information without consent.
• Posting infringing content or excessive unwanted links.
• Creating accounts solely to drive traffic to external sites.

3. Unlawful Content and Conduct

We may remove content or take action against conduct that is harmful or potentially illegal, including defamation, false information, privacy violations, and breaches of law.

4. Reporting Inappropriate Content

a. Reporting Comments and Posts

To report inappropriate comments or posts, use the “Report” link. Reported material may be reviewed and removed if it violates our policies.

b. Reporting Series and Episodes

Report inappropriate episodes via the “Report” button at the end of episodes. Multiple reports may lead to temporary removal pending review. Repeated violations can result in content removal and user warnings.

5. Copyright Infringement

a. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If your copyright is infringed, send a notice to admin@comicone.id with proof of ownership, the infringing content’s URL, and a statement affirming your belief that the use is unauthorized. Include your contact information and a signature.

b. Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to admin@comicone.id with the content’s URL, a statement of good faith belief, your consent to legal jurisdiction, and your contact information and signature.

6. Violations of Guidelines

We may take action against guideline violations, including suspending or terminating accounts. While we try to provide notice, immediate action may be taken at our discretion, resulting in the permanent loss of user postings.
